Around 6 years ago, while working in various football establishments such as schools, youth teams, and soccer centres, Conrad noticed a significant gap in the opportunities available to young football enthusiasts. Many children were not getting regular access to coaching, and the chance to compete in a structured and competitive environment was even scarcer.

The Birth of F.P.F Academy:

In response to this glaring disparity, Conrad made a life-changing decision. He decided to go Full Time and create his own football academy, giving children the opportunity to not only improve their skills but also find joy in playing the sport they’re passionate about. His vision was simple yet profound: to offer a ‘FUTURE AT THEIR FEET’—a future filled with the possibilities that football can bring.

A Dual Role at Arsenal FC:

Conrad’s commitment to football extends beyond the boundaries of F.P.F Academy. For the past three years, he has served as an Official Scout for Arsenal FC. In this role, he actively scouts and evaluates emerging football talents, contributing to the club’s success in identifying promising young players. His ability to spot talent and potential has earned him recognition within the professional football community.
